The Role

As an independent producer with Nova, you set your own schedule and control how, when, and where you work. You will market and sell policies across our carrier appointments, service the clients you write, and build long-term relationships that grow into a book of business you can one day own.

What to Know Before You Apply
  • This is an independent-contractor engagement, not employment. You are responsible for your own federal, state, and local taxes.
  • There is no base salary, draw, or guaranteed compensation — your income is driven entirely by the book you build.
  • Producers maintain their own licensing and continuing education and carry their own general liability, professional liability (E&O), and auto coverage.
  • We are happy to walk through the full commission structure and ownership path with you during the interview.
